Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to respect our next clients time or reschedule your appointment. Services that are cut short will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service. If your appointment must be completely rescheduled, it will be treated as a late cancellation and incur the 50% fee.
